1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on your own devices, for personal and non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent, redistribute, modify or reverse-engineer the game, nor extract its assets — artwork, audio or text — for use in another work.
2. The content is fiction
The Republic of Al-Wafaa, and every person, party, ministry and event in it, is invented. Any resemblance to an existing country, to a real person living or dead, or to a real party or institution, is coincidental. The game is a work of dramatic entertainment. It is not political commentary on any country, system or group, does not represent a view of one, and no scene in it should be read as a position on any real event.
3. Advertising
The game shows adverts. An advert that pays a reward is marked on the button before you press it, so no advert is shown to you without warning. We do not control what the adverts contain — that is chosen by Google's advertising network — and we are not responsible for what they show or promise, nor a party to any dealing between you and an advertiser. To report an inappropriate advert, write to us.
4. In-game currencies
"Influence", "Budget" and every number in the game are fictional in-game elements. They have no monetary value whatsoever. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and they do not move between devices. They may be lost if you uninstall the app or start a new term.
5. Your progress lives on your device
Your progress is saved locally and is never uploaded to any server. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing the device therefore means losing your progress permanently, and we cannot restore it for you.
6. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free, that it will work on every device, or that it will remain available indefinitely.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the game — including lost progress or lost time.
8. Intellectual property
The game, its name, logo, writing, artwork and audio are owned by Hussein Ammar and protected by copyright law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, and updates are published on this page with their date. Continuing to use the game after publication means you accept them. You may end your use at any time by uninstalling the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY].
